After moving to Ireland, she missed the comforting smells of fresh pretzels, sourdough, and her grandmother’s famous Bienenstich cake. Determined to bring those flavors back to life, Lena now spends her days elbow-deep in flour, recreating those memories — and sharing them with you.

Max inherited a serious sweet tooth and a love for precision from his pastry-chef father. Whether it’s layering delicate cream cakes or perfecting the shine on a batch of traditional German butter cookies, Max is all about the details. His goal?
