Allergen Information
At Bake Me Happy, we understand the importance of providing clear and accurate allergen information. Our kitchen handles a variety of common allergens, including gluten (wheat), milk (dairy), eggs, nuts (tree nuts and peanuts), soy, and sesame.
Gluten (Wheat)
Due to the nature of our baking process, all items are prepared in a kitchen where gluten is present. Many of our cakes, breads, pastries, and cookies contain gluten.
Milk (Dairy)
Dairy products, such as milk, butter, and cream, are used extensively in our buttercream, cheesecakes, milk chocolate items, and some pastries.
Eggs
Eggs are a fundamental ingredient in most of our cakes, cookies, pastries, and certain breads.
Nuts (Tree Nuts & Peanuts)
We use various nuts in our nut-based cakes, pralines, and some cookies. There is also a risk of cross-contamination in our kitchen.
Soy
Soy is present in chocolate, some icings, and certain breads.
Sesame
Sesame seeds are used in some of our breads and toppings.
Cross-Contamination
